Hi! We at A Healthy New You are here to educate people in the areas of healthy living and in caring for themselves and their families, so that they can live the healthiest, happiest versions of themselves!

 

Our mission and goal is to create change in others for betterment.   It starts with learning how to feed yourself and your families the right types of food and nutrition....next, it's all about wellness -- of the body, mind and spirit.  We want to motivate and encourage the masses to jump into this type of lifestyle.

 

Our organization strives to produce the best events, expos, health fairs and educational opportunities to enable all of this collective, positive cultural change.

Our goal is to get As Much health and wellness into our 7 hour time frame as possible! This will also include a pre-show, vendor networking breakfast from 7am-9am!

​

We are planning for an inviting, exciting atmosphere that will entice the crowds to walk through our event and to absorb as much information and as many good vibes as they can!

​

We would like to have local businesses such as wellness doctors, health coaches, personal trainers, gyms, yoga and pilates studios, health/nutrition stores, etcetera, participate and be supported by the amazing complimentary national brands that we will be hosting, as well.   Some of these will include sports drinks, health shakes, supplement lines, natural beauty lines such as cosmetics, skincare, and natural self-care products, anti-aging supplements and techniques, heart health, healthy children, healthy seniors, healthy pregnancy, and sports rehabilitation.

We will have opportunities for various levels of promotion and sponsorship, as well as speaking/demonstrating venues within the expo event.

The event is sure to draw large crowds, as we are hosting many key speakers with large followings and much wonderful information!   At the Crystal Lake show, some of our keynote speakers include Phil Faris of Charter Fitness in Crystal Lake, who will be discussing his book, -- Never Too Late! 21 Strategies to Reclaim Your Fitness After 50 –he will also do a book signing; Dr. Pam Fernandes of Wellspring Chiropractic and Prime My Body CBD Oils, who will be speaking on Acupuncture and the healing benefits of CBD; Erica Cody, owner of Northwest Healing Center, who will talk about thermography and how it is used as a safe diagnostic tool; and, Body & Brain Yoga, that will be doing a free class in Tai-chi and Qi Gong! Also, some well-known companies like Charter Fitness, Fresh Thyme Market, Northwestern Medicine, and Vitamin Shoppe will amongst our amazing participants.   There are also speaking opportunities available for vendors...please see the link above for more info.   Additionally, each vendor will receive one free year of social media advertising where ads can be updated or changed as often as you'd like.   This will include membership in a group where you can gain exposure to and share the followings of other vendors!   What a great opportunity to educate those in your area about everything that you do and offer!

Additionally, we are planning food and coat drives at the event for The Crystal Lake Food Pantry and local homeless shelters!
